First large-scale military drills attended by New Government
On April 30, on the Vaziani Training Range, Georgian Administration marked the 22nd anniversary of Georgian Armed Forces by staging demonstrative tactical field drills, code named Isari-013 (“Arrow-013”). The honorary audience was made up of the new Government led by PM Bidzina Ivanishvili.

The remaining service members of the 12 Battalion, I Infantry Brigade, returned to Georgia from the ISAF mission in Afghanistan on May 6. The battalion had served in the mission during the last six months.
