An amateur photographer recorded a middle aged man on Vukol Beridze Street in Tbilisi on October 19 telling passersby he would jump off his second storey balcony if his wife and child were not brought to him.

Batumi mayor Jemal Ananidze visited Batumi Boulevard, damaged by storm. Boulevard infrastructure and pedestrian paths are damaged. Clearing-up operations are under way to deal with storm damage.

Public representatives sent an open letter to Thomas Hammarberg, advisor to the Georgian Government in legal issues, In the letter published in “Kviris Palitra” newspaper they say the appeal is about the part of the report on human rights in Georgia by Hammarberg, where the human rights advocate speaks about the rights of propaganda of sexual perversity.
