Batumi botanical garden, located 8 km away from the seaside city, marks 100th anniversary. It was founded by a professor from Kharkov University Andrei Krasnov. Rare species of exotic plants are preserved in the botanical garden.

Several people in critical condition after a car crash in Tskaltubo

Several people remain in critical condition after a car crash in Tskaltubo district. An Opel and a truck crashed into each other on the Kutaisi-Zugdidi highway. Four passengers were seriously injured. They were taken to hospital. Three of them are on life support., the Rustavi2 channel reports.
