Abkhazia in the top 10 of most popular places among Russian pilgrims

The top ten of the most popular countries by number of trips among Russian pilgrims is as follows: Israel, Greece, Bulgaria, Italy, Russia, Ukraine (Crimea), Armenia , Serbia, Tunisia and Abkhazia. As "Interfax" informs, this is confirmed by the data of the service of online wordlwide hotel booking at www.Oktogo.ru.
According Oktogo.ru, pilgrimage and religious tourism have markedly increased among Russian citizens in the last month of summer.
As for Abkhazia, the Russian pilgrims are mainly attracted by the New Athos Monastery. According to the Abkhazian media, the medieval Ambar church, the John-Zlatoustinsky Monastery and the climb to the holy springs are important tourist places. It is noted that the hotel stay for the New Athos can be available for quite a reasonable price - from 700 RUR.

I am not a very good Christian. I have never been able to avoid one particular pitfall. I have never been able not to judge others. If someone said something like ‘being gay is contagious and any young person can be made gay’, I judge that homophobe stupid. There is no logic to this argument.
