MP Akaki Minashvili appeared to insult his female colleague during her speech

During a plenary hearing in the parliament a member of National Movement Akaki Minashvili appeared to verbally insult a majority representative Ani Mirotadze during the speech of the latter.
Member of the parliamentary minority himself denied the media reports about him appearing to have had verbally abused MP Ani Mirotadze. Minashvili said his reaction during the speech had not concerned the debates in the law-making body, or Mirotadze."It was not an insult, rather a different kind of emotion which did not concern the parliamentary debates and topics reviewed there, or any certain individual. If anybody had the impression that I insulted someone, it was only caused by the certain succession of the video footage" - Minashvili told Palitra TV channel in a telephone conversation.
