Wife of Tbilisi Mayor deprived of driving license

The wife of Tbilisi Mayor Gigi Ugulava, has been deprived of driving licence. Patrol police discovered that Lela Kiladze was drunk when he was driving a car , the Spokesperson for the Ministry of Internal Affairs told InterpressNews agency. It was the second case when Kiladze was discovered drunk while driving a car. Consequently, she was deprived a driving license for a year.
The incident took place a few days ago.
