Koki Ionatamishvili, Chairman of the National Movement faction of the City Council left National Movement, explaining his decision and denying the rumors about participating in “a staff changes at the City Council announced by the Georgian Dream. His statement reads:

The first round of the primary of National Movement took place in Kutaisi on July 1. This is the first stage of 6-round primaries that will finally define the presidential candidate of the National Movement.
