When I saw the photo of untroubled Anders Fogh Rasmussen running on the territory adjacent to ‘Friendship Bridge’, followed at an honorable distance by a heavily-built man (presumably security) dressed in the Georgian rugby team T-shirt, I remembered Georgia-NATO relations. It has been years since Georgia has been following North Atlantic Organization at an honorable distance but the distance didn’t decrease. The NATO leaders, beginning with Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, have been soothing us – in case you comply with our criteria, we’ll be running side by side. But why on earth, can’t we comply with these criteria?!
