The video shows a young man with a brown backpack and black handbag receiving his credentials from customs officials and leaving the area.
The ministry announced it had identified the 28-year old Iranian citizen Mohamadin Ruintan as the person responsible for the murder of the girl whose body was discovered by relatives on July 23 near the Batumi Boulevard. The ministry said the suspect had entered Georgia from Turkey on June 23 and left the state border via the same customs point at 7:22 PM on July 22.
The ministry said it was in talks with Turkish colleagues for the arrest of the person and added Interpol has joined the proceedings.
