The FUNKIDS band from Georgia reached the second spot at the Junior Eurovision Competition, as determined in the voting by the judges and the European audience. The band received 12 points in the final stage of the contest.
The band performed their song Funky Lemonade under their stage number 10. The producer Giga Kukhianidze worked with the young performers from Georgia, while Nana Tsintsadze, working with the band, wrote lyrics for the song.
The event was broadcasted live by the Georgian Public Broadcasting Channel.
Anastasiya Petryk won the 10th Junior Eurovision Competition with her performance of the song “Nebo” awarded 138 points, while Compass from Armenia was third with 98.
